Shipping And Delivery

Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Auckland, New Zealand within 2–4 business days.
Processing may take slightly longer during product launches, sales events, or national/public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Free tracked shipping within New Zealand on orders over $400 NZD.

Orders under $400 NZD, and deliveries to Australia, are charged at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Delays
Shipping times may vary during peak periods or courier disruptions. We strive to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
